
Theme parties with vegan cuisine. Everyone loves this. I made mushroom lasagna and eggnog cheesecake from fat free vegan (check her link under my blogroll). Both recipes ruled and were really easy to make.

The cake was a dairy/nut/egg free chocolate cake mix from Cherrybook Kitchen (you can find it in most grocery stores- the packaging looks like this http://www.peanutfreeplanet.com/v/vspfiles/photos/CherrybrookChocolateCakeMix-2T.jpg). I added extra chocolate chips.
And the frosting was from The Vegan Table by Colleen Patrick-Goudreau.
